    Student Requests: Student enrollment is based on Colleague registration and is processed through the registrar's office. If you need to request access for an incomplete student, please use the "Course Access Request for a Student with an Incomplete Grade" form.
    Faculty Teaching Assistant Requests: Please contact your program in order to add a Faculty Teaching Assistant to your myLesley course.

    What Is My Course ID?

    When you are in a course in myLesley, the course navigation box has the Course ID and Course Title (see illustration).

    You can copy and paste this Title and ID into the request form.
